The site presents consulting services — PPWR and packaging compliance, ESG and Lean, international sourcing and logistics. Prices shown ("from...") are indicative; a firm quote is agreed individually, after case evaluation, through a separate services contract or order.

Information published on the site is general and informational in nature. It does not constitute firm legal advice or a contractual commitment, and does not replace a specific assessment of your situation carried out under a contractual engagement.
4. Intellectual property
The site's content (text, design, structure) belongs to Best Practices S.R.L. and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.

Best Practices S.R.L. takes reasonable care to ensure the accuracy of the published information, but is not liable for errors or for decisions made solely on the basis of the site's content, outside of a contractual engagement.
6. Governing law and dispute resolution
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute is to be resolved amicably; failing agreement, the courts of Romania have jurisdiction. Individuals may also use the EU's online dispute resolution platform (ODR).
